Good embroidery begins with good backing. All of our cutaway backing is made in the USA. A much more environmental friendly product today as most of the formaldehyde has been taken out of the production process. The cutaway backing is made from non-directional materials. What this means for the embroider is better registration on the embroidery design as a material that pulls in will cause the outlines to be off registration as it nears the end of the design.
2.5 oz. Cutaway Embroidery Backing. Excellent for medium weight stretchy fabrics and medium stitch counts. Great for fleece, pique knits, and other stretchy fabrics. Sold in quantities of 500 or 1000.
