Texsource HO Matte Black is an extremely versatile and stunning ink that may be just the black you are looking for if you need a high opacity, high performance ink. The matte black color leaves off the gloss of other inks and provided excellent coverage that is suitable for use on cotton, blends, and polyester.  A nylon bonding agent such as Nylobond may be required when printing on nylon fabrics.

HO Matte Black is a real performer!  Its versatility and affordability makes this ink a favorite of both startup shops and high output facilities.  It is a durable and economical matte black ink that can be used in your shop every day without breaking the bank.

SUBSTRATES
HO Matte Black can be printed with good results on cotton, 50/50, or polyester shirts.  Excellent results can also be seen on newer Tri-Blend shirts.  They are equally at home on small manual presses or larger production automatic presses.  For printing on nylon and nylon blend shirts the use of a catalyst such as Nylobond may be needed for proper adhesion.

CURING
Although curing times and temperatures will vary depending on equipment, substrate, and environment, a general guideline would be to set curing temperature to 320f with an approximate dwell time of 60 seconds.

MIXING
Texsource HO Matte Black can be used with a variety of common additives such as reducers, stretch, puff, thickener, etc.  Refer to mixing instructions from your additive supplier for proper mixing ratios and instructions.

EMULSIONS
This ink can be used with all reputable emulsion brands that are for use with plastisol inks.  This includes dual cure, diazo, and photopolymer emulsions.

CLEANUP
HO Matte Black Black is easy to clean with most brands of screen wash or ink remover products.  As always, use proper safety procedures when handling ink or chemical products including proper hand and eye protection.
