Tex Puff Base will cure with a raised sponge effect. A thick stencil should be used. Base can also be used as an underbase for special effects printing. Color can be added to the base for tint if desired.

Meyers Stitch and Screen

Despite being the cheaper product to buy, this works good if not better than the International Coatings that we used for years. Ordered this when they were out of the 220 and have ordered this ever since. Works perfect.
