Texsource Ultra LB FF White is a low-fusing fast-flashing, low tack, high pigment white plastisol screen printing ink. The ink has a very creamy viscosity and it is very easy to print the ink through the screen. A truly white white, no objectionable odor. Texsource Ultra LB FF White ink contains no bleaching agents and is superior in performance to other low bleed inks.

Ultra LB White is opaque, which results in excellent coverage on dark garments. The low-tack formula allows printing through finer mesh counts without the need for a viscosity modifier. Use as an underlay where great opacity is needed or as a stand-alone white. Has good low bleed characteristics for printing on polyester/cotton blends.

  • High performance white for polyester/cotton blends.
  • Creamy, short body plastisol for easy printing.
  • Low-tack formula for fast shear action.
  • User friendly, no viscosity modifiers necessary.
  • Formulated to be non-phthalate.
  • Great opacity with quick flash.
  • Low hot tack does not need a cool down station.
  • Great value in this low bleed white.

Print Ultra LB White straight from the container. Ultra LB White is user friendly and may be printed through mesh ranging from 86 to 230 mc in (34 to 90 mc cm) without modification of the viscosity. Use finer mesh counts for the softest hand and good opacity.

*Note to 100% Cotton users: 100% Cotton could have a ghost image appear if printed with low bleed inks. Ultra LB White is a low bleed ink and should not be printed on 100% Cotton. Ultra LB White is recommended for polyester/cotton blends.

Great White Ink
This is great white ink. After struggling with other white inks for year, I'm so glad a Texsource rep recommended this to me. It is wonderful.

We have used this ink for several years on hundreds of thousands of prints and it is by far the best quality and reliable white ink we have used. We have tried other more expensive inks in the past, but they just don't have the same reliability as this ink.

Best out there
We've been using this ink for 2 years now and wouldn't dream of changing to anything else. It lays smooth and looks great!

Smooth and Bright
We started out a few years ago using "cheap" white inks from all kinds of different suppliers... Once we found out about the Ultra white we haven't EVER used anything else... The cost is higher but the quality is amazing! Smooth, opaque, easy to work with, very little dye migration on poly, and bright!!!

Screen Printer
I started using the Ultra LB FF white this summer. It is a very good product. Thick enough for a single stroke white and creamy enough for smooth application. I recommend this white ink to anyone who is looking for a crisp bright white without print flash printing. Very happy customer here.

Dena Recommended
Fed up with every white ink i had gone through I was going back to Union white ink. Dena, called me to tell me that they were currently out of Union, and I should try the Texsource Ultra LB FF White. I was very hesitant, but since I had some white printing to do and I had given up on my current gallon I said ok. What a great white ink it is. Smooth, just the right consistency, great nap lay down, I will definitely be getting more of this white. No more wore out wrists on the manual press this stuff flows very well.

Great recommendation
I walked into the warehouse and was going to by emulsion. Bubba asked me if I needed ink and I said that the only thing I needed was to reduce my white ink. He asked me why. Then he recommended I try this Ultra LB FF White because it was just the right thickness. It is amazing!
